  • In-person interior design Consultation (billed at an hourly rate)
  • Scope of work, services proposal & contract signing

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

  • Site survey & programming meeting
  • Budget estimate for materials & furnishings
  • Initial design documentation: 
    • Existing Plan
    • Demo Plan
    • Proposed Plan (including furniture & decorative lighting)
    • Lighting Plan
    • Interior Elevations
  • Fully comprehensive design presentation including moodboards, fabric & finish samples

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

  • Finalize all approved design details
  • Provide itemized product proposals
  • Create technical specification binder for Contractor bidding & implementation
  • Facilitate contractor kick-off meeting to begin construction bidding process
  • Optional add-on services
    • Construction admin (billed at an hourly rate)

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS

  • We place all orders, manage tracking & shipping schedules, and have all items inspected upon arrival
  • Our team will troubleshoot any missing and/or damaged items directly with our vendors
  • If needed, we provide alternative options for items that encounter delays
  • Partner with a receiving warehouse to safely store all items until install day

INSTALL

  • Professional white glove delivery service
  • Items are carefully placed according to the design plan
  • All packaging is removed & disposed of off site
  • Rooms are styled & accessories are placed
  • Home transformation walkthrough and reveal celebration
