NEW BUILD MEETS OLD WORLD

LOCATION: DENVER, COLORADO

SCOPE: NEW BUILD

DESIGN NOTES

Unlike many new builds, this Denver home was designed with warmth, age, and story in mind. Our client wanted a space that could both welcome her extended family and reflect the layered charm of a life well lived. We blended her collection of antique heirlooms with European-inspired elements such as natural marble, grasscloth wallcoverings, limewash finishes, and soapstone countertops to strike a thoughtful balance between past and present. The result is a timeless, collected home that feels lived-in from the start.
