Project: New Build Meets Old World

Step 1: Discovery & Budgeting

It all begins with a conversation. We get to know you, your lifestyle, and the goals for your home. We explore your vision, get to know your priorities, understand your aesthetic direction, and start discussing an investment range that feels right.

Step 2: Schematic Design

Next, we translate your ideas into a cohesive concept. This includes mood boards, space planning, and an overall vision that ties every detail together. Using our trade resources, we build a detailed furniture plan and presentation. Keeping your custom requirements in mind, (size, scale, color, proportions, to name a few… ) We’ll curate a custom design for your home, along with transparent pricing, so you can make decisions confidently.

Step 3: Design Development

Once all design details are approved, we will finalize all design documentation, provide itemized product proposals, and create a technical specification binder for contractor bidding and implementation.

Step 4: Procurement & Logistics

Behind the scenes, we handle all the heavy lifting: placing orders, managing vendors, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that come up. This is often the most stressful part of the process, which is why we take it off your plate entirely.

Step 5: White-Glove Installation

When everything is ready, our receiving team carefully inspects and stores each piece until installation day. Then, with white-glove delivery, every item is placed exactly where it belongs. We style, add finishing touches, and reveal your completed space, so you walk into a home that feels polished and move-in ready.
